Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Remote within the USA or hybrid in Mountain View, California.

hirify.global is an applied AI research lab developing data and reinforcement-learning environments for training and evaluating AI agents.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for research engineering, research science, software engineering, product engineering, and other technical roles.
• Source passive candidates through creative outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Build and refine recruiting processes as the organization scales.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or AI/ML environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and an established network in the AI and engineering talent market.
• Ability to move quickly, work independently, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent judgment when assessing candidate quality and culture fit.
• Familiarity with AI/ML roles and terminology.
• Must be based in the USA for remote work, or able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Mountain View, California.
