What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of non-technical roles across G&A, GTM, Growth, Learning, and Operations.
• Source, screen, engage, and close candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using proactive outreach, creative sourcing, automation, and AI tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and create structured interview processes.
• Use recruiting infrastructure and best practices while improving tools, workflows, and process efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience combining agency and in-house or startup recruiting.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to fill roles across departments and levels.
• Strong sourcing, communication, organizational, and process-optimization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth startup.
• Experience with Ashby.
• Experience with automation or AI-based recruiting tools.
