Talent Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in D.C., Boston, or the Bay Area, with 2 work-from-home days per week

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define talent needs and hiring strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, product, business, and operational roles, from sourcing through offer close.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines through research, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Advise hiring teams on role definition, market insights, compensation expectations, and closing strategies.
• Improve candidate experience, interview workflows, assessment practices, recruiting processes, and hiring metrics.
• Analyze recruiting data and talent market trends to improve hiring effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent advisory roles, preferably in high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated success recruiting high-caliber candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience owning searches end to end, including sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and closing.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Passion for building teams and creating an exceptional employee experience.
