Executive Director, Global Collateral Finance

Location: New York, NY, United States; up to 5% international travel required

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop data-driven financing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Use mathematical and statistical models to analyze market trends and risk positions.
• Implement derivative and alternative financing strategies to create trading opportunities.
• Prepare quantitative analyses of liquidity, credit, and interest-rate risks in client financing transactions.
• Facilitate funding transactions for fixed-income portfolios.
• Optimize balance sheet, funding, capital, collateral, and other constrained resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of experience executing securities financing transactions.
• At least 5 years of experience trading multibillion-dollar portfolios and analyzing financial markets and credit to structure trades and evaluate risk.
• At least 5 years of experience managing asset and cross-currency swaps and analyzing large data sets to identify and report risk indicators.
• At least 5 years of experience ensuring governance and regulatory requirements are followed during financing and securities lending transactions.
• At least 5 years of experience creating financial reports using Power BI.
