Managing Director, US Origination, Government Solutions Group (Capital Markets)

Location: New York, NY; part-time telecommuting is permitted. Up to 25% domestic and international travel is required.

Salary: $375,000–$400,000 per year.

What you will do

• Advise, structure, and originate debt securities across government and public sector issuers.
• Execute transactions for high-quality liquid assets in public and private placement markets.
• Collaborate with issuers and investors to expand product and currency solutions.
• Develop strategic relationships with leaders of international financial organizations.
• Expand product and currency solution mandates for government and public sector issuers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a directly related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with capital markets products and financial regulatory requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience advising on public sector debt capital markets origination.
• At least 3 years of experience executing over-the-counter interest rate derivatives in single- and cross-currency markets.
• At least 3 years of experience overseeing syndication processes for public sector issuers.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
