HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on people policies, employee lifecycle matters, performance management, workplace concerns, and employee experience.
• Manage routine to moderately complex employee relations cases, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters, corrective actions, and policy issues.
• Lead straightforward performance improvement plans, dismissals, and individual consultation processes, escalating complex or high-risk matters to senior partners and Legal.
• Support workforce planning, organizational change, consultation activities, and local implementation across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Use workforce data and insights to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
• Partner with Strategic Business Partners, People Operations, Legal, and Centers of Excellence on people programs and stakeholder support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in HR business partnering and employee relations, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Experience supporting employee populations in Switzerland and Ireland.
• Working knowledge of local employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, consultation, coaching, stakeholder management, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global or matrixed organizations and employees across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Experience with investigations, disciplinary matters, performance improvement plans, consultation processes, and organizational change.
• Experience partnering with Legal teams and Centers of Excellence.
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, aerospace, defense, or related industries; familiarity with the SATCOM industry is desirable.
• Professional proficiency in French and/or Italian.
