Head of HRPB

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a pan-European team of People Business Partners.
• Advise the CPCO and senior leaders, translating business needs into People priorities and actions.
• Build scalable ways of working across different labour-law environments and workforce groups.
• Handle escalations involving employee relations, investigations, whistleblowing, restructurings, and organisational change.
• Partner with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and HR Operations on performance, succession planning, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and leadership hiring.
• Provide hands-on HRBP support to selected departments and use people data to inform decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or People leadership, including 3+ years leading a People Business Partner team.
• Experience working across multiple European countries and supporting both operational and office-based teams.
• Strong understanding of European employment law and experience working with legal counsel on complex, high-risk cases.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters, investigations, whistleblowing cases, restructurings, and transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a data-informed approach to People decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-scaling, multi-market operational business.
• German, French, Spanish, or Norwegian language skills.
