Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Hybrid, with several days onsite each week at the Austin, Texas headquarters, United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Own the HRBP relationship for the Sales and Marketing departments and advise leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including stay interviews, manager coaching, employee relations matters, and exit interviews.
• Identify and improve HR workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processes.
• Use AI tools to draft job descriptions, analyze engagement trends, summarize exit interview themes, and create scalable HR templates.
• Help modernize HR systems, documentation, communication, and repeatable operating practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience, including meaningful HRBP or generalist business-partner experience.
• Experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing teams in a revenue-driving organization.
• Working knowledge of sales compensation, including variable pay, commission plans, quota design, motivation, and retention.
• Experience improving HR workflows and rebuilding inefficient processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, performance management, and L&D platforms, plus curiosity about AI tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex HR discussions independently.

Nice to have

• EdTech or SaaS experience.
• Experience with HR automation and scaling HR processes.
• Knowledge of Jira.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
