HR Business Partner (HCM)

What you will do

• Lead strategic HR projects for customers and coordinate internal team members, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage 25–50 full-service customer accounts using delegation and a team-based approach.
• Advise customers on employee relations, HR policies, regulatory changes, compliance, workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management.
• Conduct HR investigations, analyses, wage and salary surveys, training programs, and customer presentations.
• Participate in sales meetings, strategic customer meetings, escalated support calls, and customer upsell opportunities.
• Maintain HR deliverable templates, monitor compliance changes, and support continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze and interpret technical, financial, and legal documents and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to present information to senior management, public groups, and boards of directors.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills, including data collection, problem definition, statistical concepts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Experience advising on employee relations, HR compliance, and business decisions with executive-level stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of multi-state employment law compliance and working knowledge of HCM software functionality.
