HR Business Partner

Salary: $78,500–$149,600 annually

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for HR-related escalations from people managers.
• Execute the talent agenda and support employee engagement, morale, retention, and organizational objectives.
• Partner on business restructuring, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management activities.
• Support performance reviews, promotions, coaching, career development, and employee counseling.
• Collect and analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business solutions, programs, and policies.
• Oversee employee documentation and compliance with applicable employment laws and local labor regulations.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational needs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, performance management, talent development, career management, rewards and compensation, diversity management, and employee relations.
• Experience coaching business leaders and supporting team performance and engagement.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
• Ability to analyze enterprise trends and apply data insights to HR decisions and strategies.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills for complex HR issues.
