Senior People Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Onsite at the Webster, Texas location; occasional evenings and weekends may be required for critical project milestones.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, growth, effectiveness, and retention goals.
• Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, team effectiveness, engagement, and change management.
• Assess and resolve escalated workplace concerns, conduct investigations, interpret policies, and partner with Legal on compliant outcomes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and People Operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Analyze people data and workforce trends to identify risks and recommend practical organizational solutions.
• Lead or contribute to complex People & Culture initiatives, process improvements, and change efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, including at least 3 years resolving complex employee relations challenges.
• Working knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, performance management, talent management, and federal and state employment laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems; Workday experience is preferred.
• Strong judgment, discretion, communication, coaching, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work onsite and meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements for access to regulated technical data or technology.

Nice to have

• MBA or MA/MS in human resources or a related field.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.
