Enterprise Engagement Manager (Retail)

Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia; hybrid with 3 days per week in the Sydney office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Manage a key book of business within the retail space.
• Engage retail partners to grow sales, improve quality, and deliver data insights.
• Execute growth strategies and targeted campaigns for major retail partners.
• Coordinate with growth, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams as the liaison between partners and hirify.global.
• Oversee POS integrations, customized reporting, catalog optimization, merchant marketing, and operational improvements.
• Build direct relationships with key partner contacts and ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, client management, or sales.
• Experience working with data, specifically SQL.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to turn broad challenges and opportunities into actionable projects with clear goals.
• Ability to use AI-informed insights and emerging AI tools, interpret AI-generated insights, and turn them into actionable recommendations and executive-level narratives.
