Service Delivery Manager

Location: Melbourne, Australia; onsite full-time. Travel across APAC may be required.

What you will do

• Act as the primary customer contact throughout data centre build, fit-out, ready-for-service, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate customer requirements with design, development, operations, facilities management, and cost teams.
• Manage customer fit-outs, including programmes, approvals, procurement, risk analysis, deliveries, and equipment installations.
• Track contractual obligations, project budgets, customer recoveries, compliance, quality, and reporting requirements.
• Conduct customer audits and inspections and provide ongoing operational reporting, including SLA and security reports.
• Support customer meetings, incident management, sales, pre-sales activities, proposals, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management or service delivery management experience in a critical operating environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of commercial and electrical/mechanical technical concepts.
• Ability to track and synthesize large amounts of data and prepare reports for management and customers.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
• Willingness to travel across APAC when required.

• Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience delivering data centre infrastructure fit-outs.
