What you will do

• Lead global Product Services delivery teams across North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
• Establish PMO disciplines, standards, and repeatable delivery practices to ensure high-quality service scaling.
• Manage high-pressure client escalations and active security incidents, coordinating responses with SOC teams and C-level executives.
• Integrate AI and automation to improve implementation support services and enhance delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with technology vendors to enhance AI-enabled capabilities for managed services.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support to strengthen market position and contribute to product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia.
• 15+ years of experience delivering complex projects at a Corporate/Enterprise level.
• Proven track record of global leadership managing diverse teams across multiple geographies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM) or willingness to obtain one within 18–24 months.
• Experience with Salesforce and Professional Services Automation software (e.g., Financial Force).

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of incident response planning and execution.
• Expert-level experience in Excel and Business Reporting analytics tools.
• Business-level communication skills in a non-English language.
