Implementation Manager

Location: New York office, in person 4 days per week

What you will do

• Own customer implementations from kickoff through wrap-up, including discovery, milestone planning, risk management, and execution.
• Act as the primary customer contact and build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design creative solutions for complex customer needs using hirify.global products and services.
• Coordinate product, engineering, advisory, customer success, external partners, and customer teams.
• Enable customers to use complex hirify.global features and communicate product trade-offs.
• Build scalable playbooks, tooling, and processes to make implementations faster, more consistent, and measurable.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting, solutions, or software implementation, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading customers through complex programs or projects in a high-volume environment.
• Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, structured problem solving, and risk mitigation skills.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences and the ability to drive stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and changing timelines.
• Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week.
