Implementation Lead

Location: New York City; in-person work in the New York office is required 4 days per week.

What you will do

• Own customer implementations from kickoff through wrap-up, including discovery, milestone planning, risk management, and execution.
• Act as the primary customer contact and build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design creative solutions for complex customer needs using hirify.global products and services.
• Coordinate product, engineering, advisory, customer success, external partners, and customer teams; manage dependencies and changing timelines.
• Enable customers on complex hirify.global features and guide trade-offs based on product capabilities.
• Build scalable playbooks, tooling, and processes while surfacing customer patterns, blockers, and feature requests to product and engineering.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting, solutions, or software implementation, preferably in a B2B SaaS company, including leadership of complex customer programs or projects.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and operate effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to understand the broader picture.
• Systems-thinking skills and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including introducing new concepts and driving alignment.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and keep stakeholders accountable.
• Ability to identify risks and drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Interest in adopting AI solutions to drive impact.
• Willingness to work from an office 4 days per week.
