Location: Fully onsite at 111 N Wall St Building, Spokane, WA 99201, United States

Salary: $81,000–$140,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Underwrite new and renewal Agriculture, Commercial and Industrial, and Commercial Real Estate credit requests, including working capital, asset-based, real estate, and equipment financing.
• Analyze business, industry, financial, and credit information to identify repayment risks and support credit recommendations.
• Prepare accurate underwriting narratives, quantitative analyses, risk ratings, exception mitigations, and loan coding.
• Monitor borrower financial performance, spread financial statements, calculate covenants, and help resolve violations.
• Collaborate with Commercial Portfolio Managers, Client Solutions Managers, Commercial Relationship Managers, and other stakeholders on customer needs and loan structures.
• Review other underwriters’ and credit analysts’ work, provide quality-control feedback, and coach or train colleagues when needed.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of commercial underwriting, credit analysis, or relevant lending experience.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, credit-quality, accounting, financial statement spreading, and cash flow analysis skills.
• Advanced knowledge of credit policies, procedures, practices, and documentation.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, time-management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work across company teams, and support internal and external customer relationships.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the Spokane, Washington location.
