CNC Grinding Machinist

Location: Chanhassen, Minnesota, United States. Second shift, Monday to Thursday, 3:00pm–1:30am.

Salary: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, plus second-shift differential pay. Sign-on bonus available for select candidates.

What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC grinders to manufacture parts according to setup sheets and guidance.
• Grind threads on parts to required specifications using CNC machine tools.
• Perform assembly operations using drawings and inspection documents.
• Complete first-article inspections and in-process measurements.
• Perform quality control and minor preventive maintenance on machines.

Requirements

• Preferred: 5+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC Swiss machines; similar experience may be considered.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and other inspection instruments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform inspection tasks.
• Must be a U.S. Person. The role may involve access to export-controlled information and additional security screening.

• CNC grinding experience.
