Salary: $17.31–$32.12 per hour; $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment

What you will do
- Operate CNC lathe equipment to produce parts that meet dimensional specifications.
- Change inserts and tool holders, skim jaws, monitor tool wear, and make dimensional offset adjustments.
- Perform machining, deburring, cleaning, and visual inspection of parts, including microscope-based inspection.
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify conformity.
- Complete quality-control documentation and inspection sheets accurately.
- Communicate production issues to the supervisor and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- High school or trade school diploma.
- 5+ years of CNC machine operator experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience monitoring tool wear and making dimensional adjustments.
- Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, either 6:50 a.m.–3:20 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
