CNC Swiss Machinist

Location: Chanhassen, Minnesota, United States; onsite. Monday to Friday, with shifts starting between 5:00 and 7:00 a.m.

Salary: $25.00–$35.00 per hour. Sign-on bonus available for select candidates.

Manufactures electromechanical linear roller screw actuators, rotary servo motors, and integrated control solutions for industrial applications.

What you will do

• Set up and operate Citizen CNC Swiss machines using setup sheets and on-the-job guidance.
• Manufacture metal parts to specification.
• Perform first-article inspections and in-process measurements using drawings and inspection sheets.
• Use calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and other inspection instruments.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance on CNC machines.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person and may be subject to additional security screening for access to export-controlled information.
• Preferred 5+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC Swiss machines; relevant equivalent experience may be considered.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with dimensional measurement and inspection instruments.
