Hiring range: $132,000–$198,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the creation, development, streamlining, and elimination of systems engineering processes across the company.
• Identify pain points in existing processes and propose product-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with Software, IT, and DevOps teams to define priorities and develop tools.
• Prototype, implement, and roll out processes, tools, and automation that improve design and test collaboration.
• Support systems engineering activities across requirements, decisions, risk management, and complex vehicle development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience successfully developing and rolling out department- or company-wide processes.
• Ability to work with internal IT and DevOps teams to create tools.
• At least one full life-cycle experience, from concept to completion, in process development or tool development.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, integrating, testing, and operating complex systems.
• Scripting experience.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
