Location: New York, NY — 300 Madison Ave, Floor 8

Salary: $300,000 annual salary for the New York, NY market, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional incentive compensation may include a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end operational lifecycle for leveraged loan and related financing transactions from origination and underwriting through closing and portfolio administration.
• Direct operational support for primary and secondary bank loan and high-yield trades, ensuring timely closings and strong risk awareness.
• Build and improve operating infrastructure, processes, controls, workflows, and team capabilities for a capital markets business line.
• Support capital and funding optimization for revolving credit facilities and underwriting commitments.
• Oversee new product governance and approval processes, operational readiness, and regulatory alignment.
• Manage third-party vendors and collaborate with front office, legal, finance, risk, technology, and operations partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital markets operations, ideally in leveraged finance at a global corporate and investment bank.
• Experience leading people, setting strategic team goals, coaching employees, and driving team performance.
• Experience building and managing infrastructure teams with strong processes, controls, and operational standards.
• Degree or diploma in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
