Salary: $115,000–$400,000 per year, plus potential incentive compensation and discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Create and interpret financial models, forecasts, valuations, and market analyses.
• Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Assess and mitigate credit, market, and operational risks.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships, negotiate terms, and support deal execution.
• Communicate complex financial concepts through presentations and written materials.
• Work across functional groups in a fast-paced trading floor environment.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the specified United States location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
• At least 5 years of related experience and strong knowledge of capital markets products and the financial services regulatory environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
• Relevant sales experience with a proven record in OTC interest rate derivatives.
• Strong development skills in C#, Python, SQL Server, and VBA; expert Excel skills and familiarity with fixed income trading platforms such as Bloomberg TOMS.
• CFA charter or progress toward a similar designation; CSC and CPH, Derivative Fundamentals, and Options License Course requirements must be completed immediately after employment where applicable.
