Director, Corporate Sector Coverage - Healthcare (Healthcare)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work model with in-office and work-from-home flexibility.

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Define client strategy and develop relationships with corporate clients and selected sponsors across Pharma and Healthcare.
• Originate multiproduct business and position hirify.global for lead roles in syndicated and bilateral financhirify.globals.
• Lead deal structurhirify.global, credit analysis, transaction execution, internal approvals, and legal documentation.
• Coordinate product specialists and international coverage teams to deliver financhirify.global, cash management, workhirify.global capital, trade finance, debt capital markets, and financial markets solutions.
• Monitor industry developments, competitive dynamics, product capabilities, and macroeconomic trends across the Americas Healthcare sector.
• Coach and mentor junior team members while guidhirify.global deal teams and supporthirify.global sector growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of wholesale or investment bankhirify.global experience, or relevant experience.
• Deep Pharma and Healthcare sector expertise with established corporate client relationships in the Americas.
• Strong understandhirify.global of wholesale bankhirify.global products, credit, financial models, and loan documentation.
• Experience structurhirify.global and executhirify.global Pharma and Healthcare transactions in corporate or wholesale bankhirify.global.
• Series SIE, 79, and 63 licenses required or to be obtained shortly after starthirify.global.
