What you will do

• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to connect sustainability ambitions with financial performance.
• Support business and financial decision-making in a matrix environment.
• Build trusted relationships across finance and the wider business.
• Strengthen financial ownership and alignment around sustainability objectives and priorities.
• Contribute to sustainability-related planning, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience building strong partnerships between finance and business stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional collaboration for business and financial decision-making.
• Ability to build credibility, create alignment, and turn complex discussions into practical outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
