What you will do
- Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned customers.
- Support compliance activities, statutory reporting, and payroll controls.
- Maintain payroll documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders across the organization.
- Identify and support payroll process improvements, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
- Support system testing, updates, and year-end payroll activities while staying current with legislation and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of payroll experience, preferably in outsourcing or an international environment.
- Knowledge of Danish payroll legislation and statutory reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, independence, and deadline management.
- Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll.
