Infor M3 Functional Finance Consultant (Infor M3): Translating accounting and business requirements into functional configurations, financial reporting specifications, and optimized end-to-end workflows with an accent on finance modules, cross-module integration, and process alignment. Focus on configuring accounting rules and financial matrices, troubleshooting downstream posting issues, and supporting reconciliations, month-end closing, and system changes.

What you will do
- Act as the functional bridge between Finance, Product, and Tech teams.
- Analyze financial processes and identify optimization opportunities in Infor M3.
- Configure accounting rules, parameter matrices, financial layouts, ledgers, payables, receivables, asset management, and cost accounting.
- Define functional specifications for dashboards, analytics, and compliance reporting with technical resources and external consultants.
- Optimize workflows across Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Warehousing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Support finance power users with reconciliations, error resolution, closing activities, documentation, and training.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, or advanced ERP power user.
- Strong functional proficiency in Infor M3 Finance modules, including hands-on configuration without backend code development.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and multi-entity consolidation.
- Working knowledge of Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Warehousing data flows into financial reporting.
- Experience collaborating with corporate finance teams, third-party vendors, and external consultants.
- Excellent analytical, communication, translation, and cross-functional collaboration skills in an agile environment.
