What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between the Finance team and the Product/Tech departments.
• Configure Infor M3 Finance modules including accounting rules, parameter matrices, and financial layouts.
• Manage functional setups for ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management.
• Define functional specifications for financial reporting and analytics dashboards.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks where operational workflows impact downstream financial reporting.
• Provide advanced support to finance power users for month-end and year-end closing challenges.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise ERP environments.
• Strong functional proficiency in Infor M3 Finance core modules.
• Hands-on ability to configure business logic and financial matrices without backend coding.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, general ledger, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Proven track record of collaborating with third-party vendors and external consultants.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical engineering and finance teams.
