Location: Federal Way, Washington, United States
Salary: $18.00β$24.00 per hour, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, vendors, brokers, and internal teams through inbound calls and written communications.
- Resolve lease-related questions involving buyouts, invoicing, billing, taxes, contract changes, payment history, automatic payments, and lease assumptions.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, de-escalate complex situations, and coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
- Process account and document updates, prepare customer documentation, and maintain accurate notes and records in company systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate business-impacting issues to leadership, and support consistent service delivery.
- Protect confidential information and follow company policies, procedures, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience in a high-volume, multi-channel environment.
- At least 1 year of experience resolving issues, troubleshooting, and handling escalations within defined SLAs and policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations and demonstrate ownership in a fast-paced environment.
