Branch Customer Service Representative - Aurora, CO

Location: Aurora, Colorado; in-office at an ACG branch facility

Salary: $19.00–$21.50 per hour, based on experience, plus incentives and potential annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Greet and support members while promoting and selling AAA memberships, travel products, select banking products, and other services.
• Generate leads, share insurance and travel promotions, provide travel information, and make outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, and refer complex issues to senior staff, agents, or management.
• Process payments for insurance, travel, tickets, and travel money products; handle remittance transfers and balance the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff and participate in activities supporting branch goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment and providing timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, use sound judgment, solve problems, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning workplace technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, accuracy, and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Aurora, Colorado, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. MT, with one rotating Saturday per month from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; schedule flexibility for holidays, weekends, and community events is required.
