Branch Customer Service Rep - Jacksonville, FL

Location: In-office at the ACG branch, 4320 Deerwood Lake Parkway, Suite 109, Jacksonville, FL 32216. Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m., with possible rotating Saturdays from 9 a.m.–1 p.m.; irregular hours, holidays, weekends, and community events may be required.

Salary: $19.00–$21.50 per hour, based on experience, plus incentives and annual performance-based bonus potential.

What you will do

• Greet and support members while promoting and selling memberships, travel products, select banking products, and other services.
• Generate leads, communicate travel and insurance promotions, provide travel information, and make outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, and refer complex concerns to senior staff, agents, or management.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products.
• Handle remittance and depository transfers, balance the cash drawer, and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff and assist with branch activities during peak periods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and a record of providing timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take ownership, exercise good judgment, solve problems, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office applications and learning workplace technology.
• Effective verbal and written communication, teamwork, accuracy with basic calculations, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in the Jacksonville branch and accommodate irregular hours, weekends, holidays, and community events.
