Commercial Customer Service Specialist (Treasury Management)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound commercial customer and client calls.
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues related to treasury management products.
• Use related software, mainframe applications, and documentation to investigate and answer questions.
• Collaborate with business and corporate customers, product managers, sales representatives, and Treasury Management operations staff.
• Handle product issues, customer problems, and complex inquiries through resolution.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least one year of customer service or related experience.
• Alternatively, three years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including at least one year of customer service or related experience.
• Excellent oral, written communication, customer service, and telephone skills.
