30-Day Collections Department Lead

Location: Onsite at the Westlake Services, LLC Corporate Office in Agoura Hills, California, USA

Salary: $17.87 per hour plus performance-based bonus potential of up to $1,000.

What you will do

• Monitor live reports and call activity to ensure appropriate department coverage and handling.
• Support management by overseeing daily department operations and addressing identified concerns.
• Coach call-center agents and document interactions in coaching logs.
• Lead the team when the Supervisor is absent.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues while communicating professionally with internal and external customers.
• Send reminders and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret and explain policies and procedures.
• Sound judgment, strong organization, prioritization, grammar, spelling, and email etiquette.
• Ability to diffuse hostile callers and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to develop and deliver training and work under daily deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and evening shifts.

• Spanish bilingual ability.
