Client Services Associate (Fintech)

Location: Firestone, Colorado, United States; onsite branch position

Salary: $16.54–$22.67 per hour

What you will do

• Process prompt and accurate financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Profile new and existing customers and recommend tailored banking products and services.
• Open new accounts and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Assist customers with stop payments, debit card orders, and other banking needs.
• Resolve customer issues, provide feedback, and refer customers to appropriate bank departments.
• Safeguard customer information, maintain security, and support branch and community goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience is preferred.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow banking policies, procedures, regulations, and security requirements.
