Managing Partner (Marketing Technology)

Location: Hybrid in London or Birmingham, United Kingdom, with up to 40% of work from home.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of client accounts and develop long-term partnerships aligned with mutual business objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite, procurement, marketing managers, internal colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor Business Directors, supporting their professional and personal development.
• Identify and optimize strategic growth opportunities using integrated marketing expertise.
• Advise clients on the role of content marketing platforms and creative automation in improving marketing effectiveness.
• Oversee operational delivery, account P&L, client representation, and escalation management.

Requirements

• Proven success in a similar senior leadership role, ideally in marketing or technology.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and experience driving growth and innovation.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client and stakeholder relationships.
• Deep understanding of marketing industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
