Senior Director, Solutions Deployment and Partner Strategy (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom. UK-based role requiring the right to work in the UK; hybrid arrangement with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Act as the central liaison between Media Solutions, Global Investment, and Central Partnerships teams, consolidating and prioritizing partner requests.
• Conduct partner and supply assessments, develop operational frameworks, and establish commercial structures for solution deployment and market readiness.
• Work with emerging innovation teams and solutions leads on go-to-market positioning, partner integration, and deployment across markets.
• Collaborate with Commercial Strategy on commercialization, opportunity sizing, market expansion, revenue strategies, and three-year plan delivery.
• Manage strategic partner relationships, support custom feature development with DSP and SSP partners, and contribute to product governance and QBRs.
• Build a community of practice and deliver training programs with the Global DTS enablement team, including the Growth Framework.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in partner strategy, partnership management, and solutions deployment.
• Experience developing operational frameworks, commercial structures, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to assess opportunities, support commercialization, and drive market expansion and solution adoption.
• Experience collaborating with product, development, configuration, governance, investment, and innovation teams.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
