What you will do
- Contribute to Wealth Platform strategy and oversee execution of Board and Executive Committee priorities.
- Manage business prioritisation, strategic initiatives, transformation, change projects, and risk assessments.
- Drive financial performance through cost optimisation, operational loss reduction, asset onboarding, and client growth initiatives.
- Lead vendor management, commercial negotiations, contract oversight, service-level management, and delivery governance.
- Oversee governance, regulatory compliance, internal controls, audits, regulatory reviews, remediation plans, and policy documentation.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, executive reporting, team performance, hiring, talent development, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in wealth management, platform businesses, or financial services.
- Proven experience translating Board and executive priorities into operational delivery and measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in strategic planning, complex transformation, change management, and business prioritisation across multiple functions.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting, cost optimisation, performance monitoring, and revenue or client growth support.
- Experience with client and asset onboarding, vendor and third-party management, governance, regulatory compliance, operational risk, audits, and internal controls.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
