Head of Team - SDU (Smart Deal Unit) with German Language (m/f/d) (German)

Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.

Salary: Negotiable base salary, variable compensation, and other financial benefits. Base salary starts at €1,500 gross per month.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day coordination and steering of the Smart Deal Unit section, communicating goals, deadlines, and policies.
• Build stakeholder relationships and develop tactical plans for new business pipelines, onboarding, and operational handovers.
• Manage critical situations, escalations, service delivery, customer visits, pre-sales support, and contract-related activities.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction against contracts, SLAs, OLAs, and defined KPIs.
• Plan and control budgets, costs, efficiency initiatives, training, travel, personnel, and project expenses.
• Lead staffing, performance management, coaching, training, and team development.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience leading teams.
• German at B2 level is required.
• English at B2 level is required.
• Experience or understanding of service delivery, customer orientation, stakeholder management, contracts, SLAs, OLAs, and business operations.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, communication, intercultural skills, financial planning, and change management capabilities.
