Managed Workplace Operations Team Lead (with German)

What you will do

• Lead the managed workstation run operations team.
• Act as a client-facing subject matter expert for software distribution, packaging, and SCCM architecture.
• Manage client requests, prioritize daily operations, and execute or advise on complex changes.
• Review and contribute to high-level design documentation.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SLA/KPI targets.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with security teams on patching and configuration compliance.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of strong experience with SCCM and Intune.
• Solid understanding of SCCM architecture, including site hierarchies, roles, logs, and optimization.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and performance-tuning SQL Server.
• Knowledge of network and security concepts, including TCP/IP, firewall rules, ports, and TLS/HTTPS.
• Experience with OS deployment, Windows ADK, USMT, lifecycle management, and MSI/EXE software packaging.
• Strong PowerShell, communication, analytical, German, and English skills required.
