Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid setup with 80% office presence and 20% mobile working.

What you will do

• Lead high-impact technology programs shaping the future of hirify.global.
• Drive cross-brand initiatives from strategy through adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Create transparency across technology investments, delivery performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Enable faster decisions through rigorous analysis and clear recommendations.
• Align technology and product leaders across Germany, the US, the UK, and Poland around shared goals.
• Build and evolve governance, the operating model, and capabilities for a growing group-wide function.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading large cross-organizational technology programs.
• Strong track record with platform migrations, operating models, or technology integrations.
• Sound technical judgment in cloud, architecture, and delivery discussions.
• Ability to build alignment through data, relationships, and stakeholder management.
• Confidence communicating with C-level executives and distilling complex topics into clear decisions.
