What you will do

• Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing solution engineering team to meet assigned goals.
• Manage individual and team performance to ensure high levels of execution.
• Improve sales methodology, product presentations, and demonstrations tailored to partner requirements.
• Identify training gaps and implement programs to enhance sales, product, and technical skills.
• Collaborate with regional sales directors on account planning, strategy, and sales activities.
• Manage relationships with internal product teams and external decision-makers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• Fluent in both German and English
• 5+ years of experience as a sales engineering manager and 5+ years as a sales engineer.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and identity security principles.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
