Solution Engineering Manager (Identity Security)

Location: Remote, Germany. Domestic and international travel is required on a flexible basis.

Base salary: €78,470–€132,242.60 annually, based on experience. The role may also include performance-based cash compensation, commission, and potential equity participation.

What you will do

• Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing solution engineering team in Germany.
• Manage individual and team performance against assigned goals.
• Improve sales methodologies and processes, including tailored product presentations and demonstrations.
• Identify training gaps and create programs covering sales, product, and technology skills.
• Partner with regional sales directors on account planning, strategy, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, field sales, and internal and external decision-makers.

Requirements

• German and English are mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience as a sales engineering manager and 5+ years as a sales engineer.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and identity principles.
• Understanding or experience with AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent global experience.
