Team Lead Consultancy Team Lead Consultancy (HR Software): Leading and developing a consultancy team in Málaga while managing capacity, utilization, performance, and operational alignment across Spain and Belgium with an accent on coaching, KPI management, and operational excellence. Focus on translating business data into actions, anticipating operational challenges, and coordinating collaboration between Hub South and Belgian leadership teams.
Location: Málaga, Spain — hybrid; occasional travel to Belgium is required.
Salary: €45,000–€55,000 annual base salary plus an annual variable bonus.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants while supporting their daily work and professional growth.
- Manage team capacity, utilization, and performance using operational data and KPIs.
- Translate business needs and data insights into concrete operational actions and improvement initiatives.
- Act as the local connector between the Hub South organization and leadership teams in Belgium.
- Anticipate challenges, take ownership of solutions, and support onboarding and team integration.
- Help Hub South scale through cross-country stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams and developing people.
- Experience in operational leadership, workforce planning, capacity management, or a similar KPI-driven environment.
- Strong coaching, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working with metrics, analyzing performance data, and supporting decisions with insights.
- Fluent English and Dutch and/or French are required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Belgium is required.

- Knowledge of Spanish.
