Location: Hybrid in Málaga, Spain. Occasional travel to Belgium is required.

Salary: €45,000–€55,000 annual base + annual variable bonus

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants in the Málaga hub to support their professional growth.
• Manage team capacity, utilization, and performance using KPIs and operational data.
• Act as the primary local connector between Hub South and leadership teams in Belgium.
• Translate business needs into operational actions and proactively resolve challenges.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new team members to build a strong team culture.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure smooth cross-border cooperation.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams and developing people.
• Background in operational leadership, workforce planning, or capacity management.
• Fluent in English AND either Dutch or French.
• Must be based in Málaga, Spain.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Belgium.
• Strong ability to work with metrics and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish.
