What you will do

• Support projects operationally and contribute to proposal preparation.
• Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop the structural and mechanical engineering team.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, quality, effectiveness, and corrective actions.
• Analyze workforce needs, plan capacity, and coordinate resource allocation across projects.
• Support recruitment and structured onboarding in collaboration with department leadership and HR.
• Provide expert guidance on complex issues, transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts, and optimize processes and tools.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant discipline.
• Experience in the space industry, particularly satellite manufacturing, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including motivation, talent development, delegation, and decision-making.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, organizational, and solution-oriented skills.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with product, technology, cost, and results orientation.
