Presales AI Software Solutions Engineer

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid work model combining home office and office work, depending on role and functions. Travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.

What you will do

• Design and implement AI proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate how AI can address customer challenges.
• Provide customer onboarding from proof of concept through production within AI/ML workflows.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear value propositions and provide technical presales support.
• Work with business development teams, customers, and partners to identify technical needs and expand adoption of hirify.global AI solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and create technical documentation, best-practice guides, and customer sales assets.
• Build client relationships and provide solutions tailored to business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution engineering and software experience, preferably in AI software sales or solutions engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.
• Strong proficiency with AI frameworks, tools, and platforms, plus experience with Python and C++.
• Experience developing enterprise data science projects and software in cloud, hybrid-cloud, and on-premises environments, including DevOps.
• Strong presentation, communication, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or equivalent experience; willingness to travel as needed.
