AI Transformation Lead (AI/Python): Driving enterprise AI initiatives from strategy and high-impact use-case definition through hands-on development, deployment, and scaling, with an accent on LLMs, RAG solutions, AI agents, and automation workflows. Focus on designing scalable architectures, building evaluation and MLOps capabilities, and delivering measurable business value in a regulated banking environment.
Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model with remote and onsite days

What you will do
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate business challenges into scalable roadmaps, use cases, success metrics, and adoption strategies.
- Develop AI prototypes and production components in Python, including RAG pipelines, embedding workflows, API integrations, and orchestration logic.
- Design and optimize prompts, templates, guardrails, experiments, and evaluation frameworks using telemetry and human feedback.
- Define scalable architectures covering LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, and MLOps capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional AI, Data, Engineering, Product, and Business squads through deployment, monitoring, adoption, and value realization.
- Ensure production-grade performance, resilience, scalability, latency, model lifecycle management, and drift detection.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in AI/ML, AI product, or AI transformation roles.
- Proven experience deploying AI systems to production and managing initiatives from concept through adoption.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluent English and fluent Spanish required.
- Strong Python, LLM, prompt engineering, RAG, vector database, agentic workflow, orchestration, MLOps, AI evaluation, and cloud experience, including AWS.
- Experience in regulated environments, preferably banking or financial services, is preferred.
