Business Readiness Lead - Pensions (Pensions Administration)

What you will do

• Develop readiness plans and strategies for new scheme onboardings, systems, processes, and regulatory changes.
• Engage stakeholders and assess the impact of change on people, processes, technology, members, and trustees.
• Lead change readiness, adoption, communications, training, and capability development.
• Prepare operations for go-live and transition changes into business-as-usual delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, governance, reporting, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement.
• Support programme governance forums and dechirify.globaln-making while managing and developing the team.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience working with UK Defined Benefit Pension Schemes.
• Strong understanding of Pensions Administration operating models, systems, processes, and associated complexities.
• Strategic leadership, team leadership, and capability-building experience.
• Understanding of change management and the change management lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with a client, customer, and end-user focus.
• Awareness of risk, control, and governance principles.
