What you will do

• Lead business analysis across complex, large-scale programmes and portfolios.
• Mentor and manage a team of business analysts, fostering professional growth and setting delivery standards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Drive evidence-based decision-making and challenge existing thinking to deliver innovative solutions.
• Oversee resource planning, recruitment, and performance management for the analysis team.
• Champion best practices in process modelling, journey definition, and systems change.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
• Extensive experience in life and pensions products and markets within large programme environments.
• Proven track record of leading and directing teams of business analysts in strategic change programmes.
• Significant experience working with senior stakeholders up to Exec Director level.
• Strong background in process re-engineering, journey definition, and major systems change.
• Ability to select and drive design approaches in complex, ambiguous environments.
