What you will do

• Execute changes to existing schemes, including product re-builds and rate or wording updates within agreed frameworks.
• Manage operational risk events and own the associated actions for the Schemes function.
• Oversee the adoption of new processes, tools, and technology to minimize operational disruption.
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Assess the impact of changes on business processes and systems to create mitigation plans.
• Build and manage a network of key stakeholders within the business and with broker partners.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in operations, coordination, or change-focused roles within insurance or similar environments.
• Experience delivering process improvements or change initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confident communication and influencing skills.
• Must be based in Manchester.
