Business Process Expert - End to End Process Lead Edwards

What you will do

• Own, govern, and maintain the end-to-end VSS Field Service process from service request through completion.
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts before process changes are introduced.
• Establish performance measures, quality controls, audits, and operational review routines.
• Collaborate with BPX colleagues, IT teams, customer centres, and operational stakeholders on process and system solutions.
• Develop training materials, guidance, and knowledge-sharing practices for field service operations.
• Support continuous improvement and consistent adherence to service processes across regions.

Requirements

• Operational experience in a customer centre service organization or a similar environment.
• Business process knowledge and process mapping experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Technical expertise in software development, database management, and scripting.
• Experience designing and executing functional tests and managing defects through remediation.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, multicultural environments.

Nice to have

• Project Management or Process Improvement certification.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
