Technical Customer Service Planner Dutch (SAP/Salesforce)

What you will do

• Plan and dispatch emergency, installation, and scheduled maintenance services through Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Schedule and coordinate same-day emergency services with field technicians and local teams.
• Create installation and maintenance service orders in SAP using request forms, SmartStart tools, and maintenance matrices.
• Mass-load equipment records and maintain accurate service information.
• Communicate with country Technical Customer Service business partners and coordinate planning activities.
• Provide service-level reports and update customer portals with service information.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Experience in technical service planning is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce, plus advanced MS Office knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, time-management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
