What you will do
- Schedule field service interventions, projects, training, and mandatory solution deployments using FSM and approved planning tools.
- Assign engineers based on skills, certifications, availability, customer requirements, and business priorities.
- Balance short- and mid-term demand with workforce capacity and coordinate regional, cross-market, or outsourced resources.
- Analyze capacity, skills availability, utilization trends, bottlenecks, and future demand, providing leadership with risk visibility.
- Plan competence development training and coordinate mandatory solution implementation and execution monitoring.
- Manage planning processes, tools, exceptions, and stakeholder escalations across service and project teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a mechanical, electrical, or automation engineer in the food industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of service operations, workforce planning, and capacity management.
- Experience with planning and scheduling systems such as FSM, SAP, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and ability to work from Budaors, Hungary or Bratislava, Slovakia.
Nice to have
- Experience in field service organizations.
- Knowledge of equipment, service products, and customer operations.
- Experience with outsourcing models and cross-regional resource planning.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods and automation initiatives.
