What you will do
- Schedule all field activities, including service interventions, projects, and mandatory solution deployments using FSM and planning tools.
- Assign engineers based on skill sets, certification levels, availability, and business priorities.
- Analyze workforce capacity, utilization trends, and future demands to identify bottlenecks and gaps.
- Coordinate capacity adjustments through regional resources, cross-market collaboration, or outsourcing channels.
- Plan internal training demands to ensure engineers possess the competencies required for future market needs.
- Provide leadership with visibility regarding resource risks and escalation opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a mechanical, electrical, or automation engineer in the food industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with planning and scheduling systems such as FSM, SAP, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of service operations, workforce planning, and capacity management.
- Fluent English proficiency.

- Experience within field service organizations.
- Knowledge of equipment, service products, and customer operations.
- Experience with outsourcing models and cross-regional resource planning.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and automation initiatives.
