What you will do

• Schedule all field activities, including service interventions, projects, and mandatory solution deployments using FSM and planning tools.
• Assign engineers based on skill sets, certification levels, availability, and business priorities.
• Analyze workforce capacity, utilization trends, and future demands to identify bottlenecks and gaps.
• Coordinate capacity adjustments through regional resources, cross-market collaboration, or outsourcing channels.
• Plan internal training demands to ensure engineers possess the competencies required for future market needs.
• Provide leadership with visibility regarding resource risks and escalation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a mechanical, electrical, or automation engineer in the food industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with planning and scheduling systems such as FSM, SAP, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of service operations, workforce planning, and capacity management.
• Fluent English proficiency.

• Experience within field service organizations.
